Who can join
well for me is for adults only. You must be 18 or over to create an account, because the community covers cosmetic and clinical treatments. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it.
Not medical advice
Everything on well for me is a member's personal experience. It is not medical, dermatological, or nutritional advice, and it is not a recommendation for you. Always speak to a qualified professional before starting a treatment, aesthetic procedure, supplement, or therapy.
House rules for reviews
- Only review things you have genuinely tried yourself.
- Be honest about how you got it: paid by you, gifted, affiliate or sponsored, or discounted.
- Stick to your own experience and facts you know to be true. Don't make claims about a clinic, brand, or practitioner you can't back up.
- Don't name or identify private individuals, share anyone's personal details, or post photos of other people without their permission.
- No spam, advertising, or fake reviews, including reviews of your own business or a competitor's.
- No offers or promotions for prescription-only treatments.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you let us show it on well for me in line with the visibility you choose. You are responsible for what you write, and you can edit or delete your reviews at any time.
Reports and takedowns
Anyone, including clinics and brands, can use the Report button on any review. Here's what happens next:
- We look at every report, usually within 48 hours.
- If a review may be false, defamatory, unsafe, or breaks these rules, we may hide it while we look into it.
- Where it's fair to, we contact the reviewer and give them a chance to respond or change it.
- We then keep, edit with the reviewer's agreement, or remove the review, and let the person who reported it know.
If you are a business or individual named in a review and want to raise a concern, use Report or Contact us and include the details. We aim to be fair to members and to the people they write about.
Accounts
You can delete your account and data at any time from your profile. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Liability
well for me is provided as is. We do not check or endorse the reviews members post, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on them. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Changes
If these terms change in an important way, we will say so on the site before the change takes effect.
